Using a centuries-old technique in which live blossoms are covered in very fine sand to deplete them of all moisture, Scott is able to preserve flowers so perfectly, you'd swear they were fresh. And she doesn't stop there using these preserved blooms, she designs floral bouquets so lovely you won't tire of looking at them. That's good, because they are guaranteed to retain their original look for a minimum of four months (most last up to a year).
